Spring Cups and Locators
B&B’s spring cups and locators are required on all aluminum race heads. Machined from alloy steel, our cups and locaters positively secure the valve spring from "walking" on the cylinder head at high rpms. This prevents valve spring fatigue. Each is finished in black oxide.
