B&B introduces our new Machined valve locks and lash caps. Our machined locks are precision machined from alloy steel and heat treated to exacting specifications to insure proper fit between the valve groove and retainer angle. Valve tip wear is more prevelant today due to the high spring rates used. B&B’s lash caps are designed to protect the valve under severe conditions. Machined from 4340 Chrome moly, each lash cap is ground for a consistant finish and precision drilled to allow oil to lubricate the area between the cap and valve tip.
